在快速卷簾門的兩側(cè)確定導(dǎo)軌安裝位置，用錘線放出導(dǎo)軌基準(zhǔn)線，放出導(dǎo)軌連接件固定螺栓十字線，導(dǎo)軌超過吊*不小于75cm。

用沖擊鉆在墻柱上打出連接件固定膨脹螺栓孔，連接件的間距不可以大于600mm，并且，兩端距導(dǎo)軌口100mm。先上下固定幾塊連接件，將其導(dǎo)軌貼上，校正其垂直并點(diǎn)焊，導(dǎo)軌固定后在復(fù)合簾一下導(dǎo)軌的垂直度，每米不得大于5mm，全長(zhǎng)垂直度不得超過20mm，復(fù)合簾面嵌入導(dǎo)軌深度(見GBl4102—2005)。

Use an impact drill to drill the expansion bolt holes for fixing the connectors on the wall column. Firstly, fix several connecting pieces up and down, attach their guide rails, correct their verticality, and spot weld them. After the guide rails are fixed, the verticality of the guide rails below the composite curtain should not exceed 5mm per meter, and the full length verticality should not exceed 20mm. The depth of the composite curtain surface embedded in the guide rails (see GBl4102-2005).

快速卷簾門大軸安裝前，先將掛板定好方向裝到卷軸上，再把4-6片簾板裝到掛板上并卷緊在卷軸上川鐵絲扎牢。
